Domestic Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days of placement. Delivery to remote areas in Pakistan may take slightly longer.

“Cash on Delivery” (COD) orders are processed after successful telephonic verification. However, Suhaib Gulzar reserves the right to process COD orders without verification for verified customers or during high-demand.

Order & Payment
• Made after you order on SG standard size blocks.
• Partial/advance payment may be requested.
• Changes/cancellations only before cutting; after cutting = final sale.

Lead Time & Dispatch
• Cut & Sew: typically 48–72 business hours from order confirmation.
• Ships from Lahore with tracking; peak seasons may add 1–2 business days.

Shipping
• Pakistan: Express shipping.
• International: Customer pays duties/taxes; no P.O. boxes.

Returns & Exchanges
• No change-of-mind returns on MTO items.
• Defective/incorrect: contact within 7 days with photo/video proof.
• Size exchange (Pakistan): after inspection, subject to fabric availability; customer pays return shipping.
• Returns must be unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging.

International Orders
• Final sale; no returns/exchanges except where required by law.

Alterations (Pakistan)
• One complimentary local alteration within 7 days when size guide was followed; further/complex alterations may be chargeable.

Refunds (if applicable)
• If approved and exchange not possible, processed in 7–10 business days via a payment method mutually agreed by Suhaib Gulzar and the customer.
• Shipping fees non-refundable unless the item was defective/incorrect.

Product Tolerance & Color
• Measurement tolerance ±1–2 cm.
• Shade/texture may vary due to screens and dye lots.

Care & Use
• Follow care instructions; wear/wash damage is not a manufacturing defect.

Fabric Availability & Substitution
• If selected fabric/color becomes unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative or a refund per the refunds clause.
